Frequently asked questions
What files can I upload?
Video or audio: mp4, mov, m4v, webm, mp3, wav, m4a, flac. Up to 500 MB and 15 minutes. If your file is bigger, paste a Google Drive or Dropbox link (up to 2 GB).
Can I paste a YouTube or TikTok link?
No. We only process your own files: upload them or share them from your Google Drive or Dropbox.
Which languages does it support?
Spanish and English, including songs that mix both. It keeps accents, ñ and forms like "pa'" or "gonna".
How long does it take?
A 3-4 minute song is ready in 3 to 5 minutes. We email you, so you can close the page.
What if the lyrics come out wrong?
You can regenerate each karaoke for free once: we redo it with a more careful model. If it is still wrong, we refund the credits (up to 2 refunds a month).
Can I use any song?
Only music that is yours or that you have permission to use. Removing the vocals does not make a song royalty-free: if you publish a karaoke of someone else's song, platforms like YouTube may claim it.
How long do you keep my files?
Karaokes stay available for 7 days on the free account and 14 to 60 days with a plan. Then they are deleted. Your original song is deleted after 3 days. We do not use your music to train AI.
Do credits work with other tools?
Yes: they are the same credits as ViZoUpscale, to upscale your videos to 4K.
